How do I fix minor scratches on my MacBook Pro Aluminum?

I really take care of my Macbook Pro, but since I keep in one case, things sometimes inside of the case he ends up scratching the aluminum casing. They are all small minor scratches, but it is sort of defeat the purpose of the case. What should I do to scratch so that it blends with the rest of aluminum, or how can I simply fix the scratches. 10 points who gives the best solution to actually remove scratches.
