you definitely need a new video card, and your processor barely makes min. req. (E4300),so.. yes the GTX 260 is a good card but a Minimum of a 500 Watt power supply.
(Minimum recommended power supply with +12 Volt current rating of 36 Amps.) and it depends on witch version you get some require 640w also don't expect to play it on high settings. low and some at medium. ram is good, play it with your current sys, maybe.... expect some lag.. (ATI Radeon X1900 256MB is min.
