Can I play Tomb Raider with all the effects on this computer?

AMD Athlon 64 X2 4850th 2.5 GHz 450 Watt PSU Visiontek Radeon HD 3870 Video Card - 512MB GDDR4 PCIe x16 (2.0) single Asus motherboard (Compaq) with PCIe x16 (1.0) 2 GB RAM, 250 GB HDD SATA 7200 RPM Windows 7 / Windows Vista Realtek HD audio I have an Ati Radeon HD 2400 Pro today, but he will not play in the resolution above max 15-20 fps.
